The Premium Mobile 4-Leg Base Sky Hooks are designed to straddle the corners of benches, pallets, machines and other equipment. Preventing lifting injuries that occur when manually lifting and transporting items while maneuvering around in a tight area are what these units are the best at.
The 4-Leg Mobile Base design can fit down a standard 4' aisle way and with legs only 6" tall, can easily fit under benches and some equipment frames. The base can be completely disassembled and broken down into pieces weighting 35 lbs. or less making it ideal for transport and storage.
As part of the Premium Sky Hook product line, these models incorporate our popular LoadLock clutch brake mechanism. The clutch brake allows for easy-to-operate, secure lifting of up to 500 lbs. Unlike the friction brake found in the Economy Line Sky Hooks, the Premium LoadLock clutch brake does not require the operation of a lever to control the load's rate of descent. With the LoadLock clutch brake, lowering the load is as easy as cranking the hand wheel in the counter clock-wise direction.
The Bench Mount Sky Hooks are available in both roller chain and cable configurations.
