Capable of lifting and positioning up to 500 lbs., these industrial lifting devices are the perfect solution for loading generators, tool boxes, or any heavy parts which shouldn't be lifted by hand.
The Premium Sky Hooks with Receiver Hitch Base are designed to mount inside of a standard 2" receiver hitch. The Sky Hook is capable of a full 360° rotation and can be easily removed from the base for transport or storage when not in use. For larger loads it is recommended that the tailgate be removed to allow added clearance for loading.
As part of the Premium Sky Hook product line, these models incorporate our popular LoadLock clutch brake mechanism. The clutch brake allows for easy-to-operate, secure lifting of up to 500 lbs. Unlike the friction brake found in the Economy Line Sky Hooks, the Premium LoadLock clutch brake does not require the operation of a lever to control the load's rate of descent. With the LoadLock clutch brake, lowering the load is as easy as cranking the hand wheel in the counter clock-wise direction.
The Receiver Hitch Mount Sky Hooks are available in both roller chain and cable configurations.
