Trolleys & Beam Clamps
To guarantee the safest lifting operations with load-bearing beams, a proper beam trolley and beam clamp are critical choices. While lever and chain hoists are commonly used for suspending or lifting a load, a beam clamp and beam trolley combination is the perfect solution when faced with the challenge of handling load-bearing beams. Beam clamps contain a set of heavy-duty jaws that are configured to fit around or "clamp" onto a beam flange to provide a fixed attachment point for suspending and lifting devices. Beam trolleys (manual or powered) offer similar functionality as beam clamps, but with the capability of horizontally traversing the beam flange, allowing the operator flexibility to easily move a load with precision.
